Carol (Cactus) Skinner – Executive Director
Carol began workin
g at Camp Tulahead in 1981 as a fill in Counsellor for one week and loved it so much that she continued every summer after that taking on various roles such as Counsellor, Activity Director, First Aid, and Program Director. During the off season she worked towards her BA in Physical Education at Trinity Western University and graduated in 1984 where she accepted employment with TWU in the Phys Ed department and on the Coaching staff. In 1988 she accepted a year round position with Camp Tulahead as Executive Director. She has seen first hand the life-giving experience Camp Tulahead has been in so many lives and knows that it is a place where people can truly be themselves and meet God in a loving and accepting environment. She is thankful for the opportunity to be part of God’s ministry at Tulahead.
