What we’re about….
We believe that Christian camping reaches today’s youth with the claims of Christ in a way that has impact. The very nature of the camp environment challenges each one’s basic assumptions about life, purpose, relationships, success and happiness. Tulahead provides you with the opportunity to develop caring relationships with children and youth ages 8-17 and introduce them to the life-changing love of Jesus Christ. Tulahead’s maximum capacity of 80 campers/week provides ample opportunity for the staff to really get to know the campers and develop solid friendships.
Since 1981, thousands of people, young and old, have begun living the Christian life as a result of their experiences at Tulahead. The mission statement of this ministry is “to assist BC’s evangelical churches in reaching today’s youth with tomorrow’s hope – Jesus Christ” and we are excited about the vision that God has entrusted to us and look forward to working with all those who feel led to be a part of this ministry.
Tulahead is owned and operated by the Camp Tulahead Society, an inter-denominational, evangelical, non-profit organization. Tulahead is a fully accredited member of the BC Camping Association & the BC Fellowship of Christian Camps.
